Day 1: Kolkata-Port Blair
Board flight from Kolkata Airport. Arrival at Port Blair. Meet and Greet on Arrival at Port Blair Airport & get transferred to the hotel with our local representative. After lunch proceed to Corbyns Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach, 7 kms away from Port Blair town, and later to the Cellular Jail, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people. One can also view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail. Overnight stay at Port Blair.
Day 2: Day trip to Wandoor & Chidiya Tapu-Cruise Dinner
After early breakfast proceed to day trip to Wandoor Beach and Chidiya Tapu Beach- known for its serene, vast shoreline and access to the stunning coral reefs also famous for its incredible sunsets, lush greenery, and bird watching. Return back to Port Blair in Evening.
At Evening experience magical luxurious dinner cruise, which offers a perfect blend of scenic beauty of island coastline, starlit skies, mesmerizing ambience, entertainment and gourmet dinner. Overnight stay at respective Hotel at Port Blair.
Day 3: Port Blair - Havelock Island (Kalapathar & Radhanagar beach)
Early Morning with packed breakfast transfer to Havelock Island by ferry to Havelock Island (ETD 0600 Hrs) (54 kms by sea from Port Blair/ 2 Hrs Time). On arrival transfer to Kalapathar beach then transfer to Hotel (Standard check in time is 10:00 AM). Enjoy your afternoon at the World Famous Radha Nagar Beach. Overnight stay at respective Hotel at Havelock Island.
Day 4: Havelock - Neil Island (Natural Bridge & Lakshmanpur Beach)
After breakfast check out and then Cruise transfer to Neil Island. Check in at hotel then visit & Natural Bridge & Lakshmanpur Beach (Sunset point). Dinner and Night stay in Hotel at Neil Island.
Day 5: Neil Island - Port Blair (Bharatpur beach)
After breakfast checkout form Hotel and visit Bharatpur beach. Bharatpur beach is famous for water sport activities. Later Sail for Port Blair in the afternoon. Dinner and Night stay in Hotel at Port Blair
Day 6: Departure from Port Blair
Morning free for packing & personal activities. Today bid farewell to your tour, as you are transferred to Port Blair airport for your return journey.
Rules & Regulations:
• Being a group tour, personalized service is not viable. Hence, please converge with the group.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
• In flight (Low Cost Carriers), the food and beverages are available on chargeable basis.
• Transfers and sightseeing is on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by AC vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel/Local IRCTC Office/DMC. However, this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for adjacent or adjoining rooms in case of two or more families from same acquaintance can consider by IRCTC Tour Manager subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs.) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 yrs. shall be considered for an adult cost.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• In hotels, for an extra Adult / Child, either rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.
• IRCTC request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
• Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline. It may vary based on the local geographical, climatic, political conditions etc.; during the travel period.

• IRCTC is not responsible for delay/reschedule/cancellation of flights. In case of any of the following, we shall provide alternative flights as and when intimated to us by airlines.
• Cost of any extra service arising due to delay/reschedule/cancellation of flights will be borne by guest; however we shall extend our cooperation in arranging the same
Terms & Conditions:
• You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (05 to 11 yrs.). Child above than 11 yrs. shall be considered for an adult cost.
• In case any of the sightseeing spot mentioned as above remains closed due to local reason, IRCTC representative will arrange for alternative sightseeing spot as per availability and time permissibility. All guests are requested to cooperate in this regard.
• Service vouchers for the tour will be forwarded in your respective email ids 02 days before the departure or guests can collect the same from IRCTC, Zonal Office, and Kolkata.
• Alternate Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
• The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
• The tour programmer is subject to approval/alteration by the Railway authorities and the conduct of the tour is dependent on scheduled running of the train.
• The decision of IRCTC/EZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
• IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage during the trip.
• Operation of Trip is subject to minimum no. of passengers booked.
• Accepting the changed arrangements or Cancelling or accepting the cancellation where you will receive a refund of the payment remitted to us. However, there will be no refund for any service such as pre / post accommodation, airline tickets, excursions, extensions etc. that have been booked by you and / or your Travel Agent.
• Changes and Cancellation by IRCTC prior to your departure: The journeys are planned well in advance.
• We reserve the right to make changes to the programme if necessary at any point of time. Should the minimum number of passengers not be met or due to certain operational reasons and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the departure or amend the same. Most changes made by us would be minor, but on certain occasions there could be a possibility of making a significant change. A change is defined as significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure. In such an eventuality, we would inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the following solutions:
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline. In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to you and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.
• The package Price is subject to change without prior notice
• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention.
• Passenger should call any queries about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porter age, theft, accidents etc..
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time.
• The request for name change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability. Please note all bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation charge as applicable
Force - Majeure
Force majeure' means any event which we / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include disruptions/diversions of rail services, floods, earthquakes, whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.
We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our agreement with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of, 'force majeure'.
Conditions of Travel
• Guest has to strictly follow the tour program. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services.
Payments and Confirmation:
• On completion of the booking and payment formalities, a confirmation tour voucher will be generated.
• You will have to pay all bank charges.
• The IRCTC reserves the right to decline your booking for any Tour or to cancel your booking without assigning any reason.
Hotels:
• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability only and will incur extra charges if adjoining room is of higher category.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout time of the hotel is fixed as per Hotel Guidelines. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided
• Payments pertaining to early check- in, late check-out, items consumed in Room Mini bar and any extra services of hotel other than mentioned in the package are to be settled at hotel directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• Three person of one family on one booking will be accommodated in one double room with an extra Mattress.
• Child will be accommodated in one room with the parents only.
Transfers and Sightseeing:
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the IRCTC. However this may require you to wait at the airport/destination for short duration until arrival of all the guests.
• Vehicle is not on personal disposal basis and will be provided as per the schedule of the itinerary.

c) In case of a 'force majeure' situation due to which a departure has to be cancelled, we regret there would be no refund of the money paid to us or reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of our cancellation/ change.
100% payment at the time of booking will be required.
SURCHARGES:
The prices shown are based on known costs and airfare at the time of tour launching the tour and Tripozo or its partner does not expect to have to make any changes. In case of unforeseen increase in national or local taxation or factors beyond control, Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.
FORCEMAJEURE :
In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event which Tripozo or its partner / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. d) In case of partial cancellation please note that occupancy conversion charges will be applicable.
