DAY01: RANCHO-DELHI – HARIDWAR(222KM:6 TO7 HRS)

Board flight from Ranchi airport as per scheduled time. Arrive New Delhi and we'll drive to Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar, check in to your hotel. In the evening, proceed to Har Ki Pauri to enjoy Ganga Aarti on the banks of Ganges. Dinner and Overnight stay at Haridwar. (Dinner)

DAY02:HARIDWAR –GUPTKASHI(205KM/7 TO8 HRS)

After early morning breakfast check out from the hotel and drive for Guptkashi. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day free to explore the Guptkashi town. Dinner and Overnight stay in Guptkashi. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY03:GUPTKASHI–SONPRAYAG–KEDARNATH(30KM+20KMTREK)

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From where, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a Dolior a horse, for your trek (On Own Cost). Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikund .On arrival check in to the Hotel, Dinner and Overnight Stay at Kedarnath. (Breakfast &Dinner)

DAY04:KEDARNATH–SONPRAYAG–GUPTKASHI(20KMTREK+30KM / 52 KMS DRIVE)

Earlymorningyougetupbeforedawnandaftertakingbathyouareatthe temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and return to the Hotel. Later you'll start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you’ll drive to your Hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Guptkashi. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY05:GUPTKASHI– JOSHIMATH–BADRINATH(200KM:7TO8 HRS)

This morning, check out of the hotel at 08:00 am and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. After driving through some wonderful Ghat road you arrive at Badrinath. On arrival checkintothehotel. After somerestand refreshmentsyou are all set to go to Badrinath Temple for darshan in the evening. But first you have to go to TaptKund (Hot Spring), take bath and then go to the temple. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple of Shri Badrinath Ji is 15 metersin height, built in the form of a cone with a small cupola of a gilt bull and spire. Later back to hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel. (Breakfast & Dinner)

DAY06: BADRINATH –JOSHIMATH –BIRAHI/RUDRAPRAYAG/SRINAGAR(92KM:3HRS/165KM:5TO6HRS/195KM:6TO7HRS)

This morning, go for Badrinath darshan. After darshan return back to hotel, breakfast at hotel and proceed for Badrinathlocal sightseeing visit Mana Village, VyasGufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple. Afternoon driver back to Rudraprayag via Karanprayag. Rudraprayag is a small pilgrim town on the holy confluence of river Alaknanda and Mandakini. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day free to explore. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel. (Breakfast &Dinner)

DAY07:BIRAHI/RUDRAPRAYAG/SRINAGAR – RISHIKESH – HARIDWAR(230 KM: 7 TO 8 HRS/165 KM: 5 TO 6 HRS/135 KM: 4 TO 5 HRS)

Early morning, after breakfast, you drive downhill to Rishikesh a spiritual city and the Yoga capital of the world. On reaching Rishikesh you'll do the Rishikesh sightseeing visit Ram Jhula OR LaxmanJhula. Evening drive to Haridwar. On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel. (Breakfast &Dinner)

DAY08:HARIDWAR –DELHI(225KM/6 TO7 HRS)

Morning breakfast at hotel, and you are on your last lap of this Dham Yatra journey. Drive back to Delhi. On reaching Delhi transfer to Airport. (Breakfast)

SIGNIFICANCE

BADRINATH

The main entrance gate of Badrinath temple is colorful and imposing popularly known as Singh dwar. The temple’s approximately 50 feet tall with a small cupola on top, covered with a gold gilt roof.

The Badrinath temple is divided into three parts:

The Garbha Griha or the sanctum sanctorum
The Darshan Mandap where rituals are conducted and
The Sabha Mandap where pilgrims assemble.

At the Badarinath Mandir Gate, directly opposite the main Idol of Lord himself is seated idol of Bird Garud, vehicle / carrier of Lord Badarinarayan. Garud os seen is sitting position and in prayer with his hands folded. The walls and pillars of the mandapa are covered with intricate carvings. The Garbha Griha portion has its canopy covered with a sheet of gold and houses Lord Badari Narayan, Kuber (God of wealth), Narad rishi, Udhava, Nar and Narayan. Out of the 15 idols the most attractive is the one-metre high image of lord Badarinath, finely sculpted in black stone.

KEDARNATH

There are more than 200 shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand itself, the most important one is Kedarnath. The Temple at Kedarnath presents an imposing sight, standing in middle ofa wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow covered peaks. The temple was originally built in 8th century A.D. by Jagad Guru Adi Shankaracharya and stands adjacent to site of an even earlier temple built by the Pandavas. \Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the Kedarnath temple has exquisite architecture Built ofextremelylarge,heavy andevenly cut greyslabsofstones,it evokes wonder as to how these heavy slabs were moved and handled in the earlier centuries. The temple has a Garbha Griha for worship and a Mandap, apt for assemblies of pilgrims and visitors. A conical rock formation inside the temple is worshipped as Lord Shiva in his Sada shiva form.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, whichis directly payable on the spot.
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Any additional meals / en route meals, sightseeing and activities other than those mentioned in the itinerary.

Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided. (Dormitory accommodation will be provided in Dharamshala at Kedarnath)
Please reach the designated pick up Point at least 60 Mins prior to the commencement of the tour.
DO DHAM YATRA is seasonal. Thus at times during the course of operations of the tour the carrying capacity of the destination gets affected.
Accommodation offered by IRCTC Ltd is the best amongst the available options at the destination.
Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle .However AC of the vehicle will not work beyond Haridwar due to hilly terrains.
Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the IRCTC Tour Manager / Tour Coordinator.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) as well along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked.
Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue during the course of operations. These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings with IRCTC Tour Manager / Tour Coordinator. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals. It is to be categorically mentioned that, menu at times may get repeated during Dinner in the course of Tour Duration. However every possible effort is being initiated to ensure that no food repetition is faced by the tourists availing these Yatra Packages.
IRCTC requests you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline. IRCTC or the Local Tour Operators reserve the right to amend the same during the course of operations.
In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
There will be no refund for un-utilized services. Any un-utilized services due to covid restrictions will be not be refunded.
Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time.
Please carry your regular medicines, doctor’s prescriptions & contact number, torch, lock & chain for securing luggage, Woolen cloths.
Passenger may follow any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time.
You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
In case any of the sightseeing spot mentioned as above remains closed due to local reason, IRCTC representative will arrange for alternative sightseeing spot as per availability and time permissibility. All guests are requested to cooperate in this regard.
Service vouchers for the tour will be forwarded in your respective email ids 02 days before the departure or guests can collect the same from IRCTC, Zonal Office, and Kolkata
Alternate Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
The tour programmer is subject to approval/alteration by the Railway authorities and the conduct of the tour is dependent on scheduled running of the train.
The decision of IRCTC/EZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage during the trip.
Operation of Trip is subject to minimum no. of passengers booked.

Force - Majeure

Force majeure' means any event which we / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include disruptions/diversions of rail services, floods, earthquakes, whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.

We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our agreement with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of, 'force majeure'.

Conditions of Travel

Guest has to strictly follow the tour program. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services.

Payments and Confirmation:

· On completion of the booking and payment formalities, a confirmation tour voucher will be generated.

· You will have to pay all bank charges.

· The Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to decline your booking for any Tour or to cancel your booking without assigning any reason.

Hotels:

· Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.

· Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.

· The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability only and will incur extra charges if adjoining room is of higher category.

· Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout time of the hotel is fixed as per Hotel Guidelines. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.

· In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided

· Payments pertaining to early check- in, late check-out, items consumed in Room Mini bar and any extra services of hotel other than mentioned in the package are to be settled at hotel directly by the guest.

· Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.

· Three person of one family on one booking will be accommodated in one double room with an extra Mattress.

· Child will be accommodated in one room with the parents only.

Transfers and Sightseeing:

Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the Tripozo or its partner. However this may require you to wait at the airport/destination for short duration until arrival of all the guests.
Vehicle is not on personal disposal basis and will be provided as per the schedule ofthe itinerary.

a) The request for name change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability. Please note all bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation charge as applicable.

b) Changes and Cancellation by Tripozo or its partner prior to your departure - The journeys are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme if necessary at any point of time. We reserve the right to cancel the departure or amend the same due to certain operational reasons and conditions. Most changes made by us would be minor, but on certain occasions there could be a possibility of making a significant change. A change is defined as significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure. In such an eventuality, we would inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the following solutions:

1. Or accepting the cancellation where you will receive a refund of the payment remitted to us. However, there will be no refund for any service such as pre/post accommodation, airline tickets, excursions, and extensions etc. that have been booked by you and/or your Travel Agent.
c) In case of a 'force majeure' situation due to which a departure has to be cancelled, we regret there would be no refund of the money paid to us or reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of our cancellation/ change.

100% payment at the time of booking will be required.

On completion of the booking and payment formalities, a confirmation tour voucher will be generated.
You will have to pay all bank charges.

SURCHARGES:
The prices shown are based on known costs and airfare at the time of tour launching the tour and Tripozo or its partner does not expect to have to make any changes. In case of unforeseen increase in national or local taxation or factors beyond control, Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.

FORCEMAJEURE :
In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event which Tripozo or its partner / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. d) In case of partial cancellation please note that occupancy conversion charges will be applicable.
