Important Notes:
- All guests are requested to carry their Voter ID/Aadhaar Card and Covid-19 final dose certificate with them.
- Some of the hotels at the selected locations may not have lift facilities.
- The itinerary is tentative and may be modified or changed based on the smooth and timely operation of the train. The final timings will be determined based on the train schedule received from the railways.
- The operation of the Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train is subject to a minimum number of passengers being booked.
- Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any natural calamities, strikes, cancellations, delays, or any unforeseen events (e.g., insurgencies) that may occur during the tour.
- Passengers should ensure that they undergo a health check-up with their doctor before boarding the train to ensure they are fit for travel. Tripozo or its partner will not be responsible for any mishap due to unfit health conditions, such as restlessness, anxiety, unusual breathing problems (e.g., asthma), or any other physical issues.
DO'S & DON'TS
Please go through the following points to make your journey more comfortable and safe:
1. All staff and tourists are required to install and use the Aarogya Setu app.
2. Tourists should wear face masks and hand gloves at all times.
3. Practice frequent hand washing with soap for at least 40–60 seconds, even when hands are not visibly dirty. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be used wherever feasible.
4. Luggage should be disinfected at the reception/boarding point.
5. Tourists are advised to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with their hands.
6. All tourists must adhere to the mandatory health advisories issued by the states or local administration at the destinations they visit.
7. Tourists should avoid using other tourists' phones, water bottles, umbrellas, etc., as much as possible.
8. Social distancing should be maintained during boarding/de-boarding of the train, while using other transport, at monuments, pilgrim places, group lunches/dinners, etc.
9. Loitering and crowding should be avoided in train corridors, gates, cabins, hotels, etc.
10. Spitting is strictly prohibited inside the train, at tourist places, buses, hotels, etc.
11. Touching statues, idols, holy books, etc., is not allowed in religious or tourist places.
12. No physical offerings like Prasad, distribution, or sprinkling of holy water inside religious places.
13. A COVID-19 full vaccination certificate is mandatory for temple darshan and sightseeing of monuments. All passengers should carry a hard copy or have the certificate on their phone during the tour.
14. Avoid physical contact while greeting others.
Tour Manager
- Your Tour Manager is your source of information. Please follow guidelines of the Tour Manager at all times.
During the Train Journey:
- Do not pull the chain while traveling on the train unless there is a valid reason, as it is a punishable offense when done without justification.
- Do not waste water unnecessarily on the train.
- Do not cross railway tracks. Always use foot over bridges.
Attire:
- Please ensure that your attire does not offend the locals or other visitors at the places you visit. At holy shrines, you may be required to remove your shoes.
Decorum:
- Please maintain decency in your language as a courtesy towards your fellow passengers on the train and other visitors at shrines or places you visit.
- Do not be rude when interacting with locals and refrain from engaging in any arguments. If you have any doubts or concerns, please communicate with the Tour Manager.
- Please stay in groups and follow the timings for the places you visit, as per the instructions of the Tour Manager.
- Photography may be restricted at certain places. Please respect local regulations.
- Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to remove any passenger who is causing discord during the tour.
Sightseeing:
- The itinerary provided to you may change due to unavoidable circumstances. Please follow the instructions of the Tour Manager.
- Tripozo or its partner will not be responsible for any mishaps caused by negligence, non-compliance with instructions, etc.
Safety and Security:
- Please take complete care of your belongings during the tour.
- Carry a Photo Identity Card such as a Voter's ID, Passport, or PAN Card for security reasons.
- Please leave the contact details of a person to be contacted in case of an emergency with the Tour Manager.
