IRCTC launches flight package to Odisha for 03 nights and 04 days EX DELHI covering the significant temples and tourist destination of historical importance. This tour package will let you explore four famous destinations in Odisha- Puri, Konark, Bhubaneswar and Chilka.

Through this tour package, you will get to see the world famous Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri, Chilika, Asia's largest brackish water lagoon and home to a phenomenal variety of birds and the Irrawady dolphin also visit to the world famous Sun Temple in Konark.

Tour Itinerary: Delhi - Bhubaneswar - Puri - Chilka - Konark - Puri - Bhubaneswar -Delhi

Day 01: Delhi - Bhubaneswar - Puri

Meals: Dinner

Depart from Delhi by Air India flight AI 1795 at 10:30 hrs and arrive at Bhubaneswar at 12:40 hrs. Meet and greet at the airport, followed by a transfer to Puri at approximately 13:30 hrs. The journey to Puri is around 68 km / 2 hours. Lunch will be at your own expense en route. Upon arrival in Puri, check in to the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the renowned Jagannath Temple. After darshan, return to the hotel. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Puri.

Important Temple Visit Guidelines:

There is no suitable route for buses or large vehicles from the hotel to the temple, as the roads are narrow. Autos/Tuk-Tuks are the most convenient mode of transport and are available on a direct-payment basis. They will drop you near the temple area.
Mobile phones are not permitted inside the temple. It is advisable to carry the hotel’s visiting card or write down the hotel name and address on a piece of paper so that you can easily find your way back.
Footwear is not permitted inside the temple. To avoid the inconvenience of locating your footwear after darshan in the crowded area, it is recommended to leave it at the hotel.
Large purses/bags are not permitted inside the temple. Please carry only essential items and avoid bringing large bags.

Day 02: Puri - Chilka – Puri

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

After breakfast, proceed to Satpada (Chilka Lake), approximately 50 km / 1.5 hours from Puri. Upon arrival, enjoy a boat ride on Chilka Lake at your own expense. Explore the beautiful islands and visit the Irrawaddy Dolphin spotting area, where you may have the opportunity to see these rare dolphins in their natural habitat. Later, return to Puri. En route, visit the Allarnath Temple for darshan. In the evening, return to the hotel and relax. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Puri.

Day 03: Puri - Konark – Puri

Meals: Breakfast & Dinner

After breakfast, proceed to Konark, approximately 36 km / 1 hour from Puri. Upon arrival, visit the magnificent Konark Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, followed by a visit to Chandrabhaga Beach. Later, enjoy some leisure time at Golden Sea Beach and explore the local Beach Market, where you can browse for souvenirs and local handicrafts. After sightseeing, return to Puri. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Puri.

Day 4: Puri - Bhubaneswar

Meals: Breakfast

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Bhubaneswar. Upon arrival, begin sightseeing with visits to the historic Lingaraj Temple, followed by the ancient Udayagiri & Khandagiri Caves and the beautifully carved Mukteshwar Temple. Later, proceed to Bhubaneswar Airport in time to board Air India flight AI 1847, departing at 21:20 hrs. Arrive at Delhi Airport at 23:50 hrs, marking the end of the memorable Odisha tour.

No special darshan or priority entry will be arranged at any temple by IRCTC.
Visit to all the sightseeing place is subject to time availability and flying of the airline as per the schedule.
IRCTC will not be responsible for any natural or social calamities.
In triple occupancy, extra mattress will be provided on floor.

Rules & Regulations:

Management is not liable for any type of road accident/ strike/ theft/ damage of luggage, etc. during tour period.
Management has right to alter itinerary according to unavoidable circumstances i.e. due to traffic jam, public agitation and closing of sightseeing.
Tour is subject to operation in case minimum booking of passengers.
Infant tickets are required below 2 years.

Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
Please reach the airport 2 and half hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not be responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
Above mentioned Hotel does not provide hotel elevator/lift facilities as these are 02 story hotels (floor wise room preferences are not acceptable).
Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof for all passengers including infants along with other travel documents. Child above than 10 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress or sofa cum bed shall be provided.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
Meals will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Timings: Breakfast: 0700 - 0900 hrs, Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs. These are the standard timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect meal timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the meal time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.
IRCTC request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare (fuel charges, surcharge) or air port taxes has to be borne by the client.
Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline.
In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
There will be no refund for un-utilized services.
The package Price is subject to change without prior notice.
Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention
Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time.

IRCTC will not be responsible for any type of natural or social calamities.
Please note that if any passenger chooses not to participate in a sightseeing activity after reaching the designated sightseeing point, they will be required to remain in the vehicle until the scheduled sightseeing visit is completed. No separate arrangement or alternative activity will be provided during this time, as the Tour Manager/Guide are required to accompany and assist the passengers participating in the sightseeing activity.
Please note that all medical expenses, including consultation, hospitalization, medicines, tests, or any other medical treatment, shall be borne by the passenger. IRCTC will not be responsible for or reimburse any medical expenses incurred during the tour.
Please note that all passengers are required to strictly follow the timelines provided by the Tour Guide/Tour Manager. Timely reporting is essential to avoid delays in the schedule and to ensure that the convenience and experience of fellow passengers are not affected.
Please note that vehicles can stop only at designated parking areas, subject to the availability of parking space. In some cases, the designated parking area may be located at a considerable distance from the attraction or destination. Passengers are requested to cooperate and refrain from arguing with the driver or tour staff, as these circumstances are beyond their control.
Passengers are requested to behave courteously and respectfully with local residents, hotel staff, drivers, Guide and other service providers throughout the tour. Any arguments, disputes, or inappropriate behavior should be avoided, as such incidents may adversely affect the local community's hospitality towards tourists and impact the experience of future travelers. Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated.
Seat allocation in the transport vehicle is not assigned by IRCTC. Seating arrangements will be based on mutual understanding, coordination, and cooperation among all group members. We kindly request all passengers to be considerate and provide everyone with a fair opportunity to occupy different seats during the tour, rather than insisting on the same seat throughout the journey. Your cooperation will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
If any passenger chooses to dine outside the meal arrangements provided by IRCTC for any reason, the cost of such meals shall be borne entirely by the passenger.
For special meal requests (such as Jain meals, fasting food, etc.), only a limited selection of items can be provided, subject to local availability. If the required ingredients or food items are not available in the local market, we may not be able to accommodate such requests.
IRCTC reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements on direct payments basis (Paid by Client), we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

a) The request for name change will be treated as a fresh booking where confirmation will be subject to availability. Please note all bookings confirmed are non-transferable and will invite a cancellation charge as applicable.

b) Changes and Cancellation by Tripozo or its partner prior to your departure - The journeys are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme if necessary at any point of time. We reserve the right to cancel the departure or amend the same due to certain operational reasons and conditions. Most changes made by us would be minor, but on certain occasions there could be a possibility of making a significant change. A change is defined as significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure. In such an eventuality, we would inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the following solutions:

1. Or accepting the cancellation where you will receive a refund of the payment remitted to us. However, there will be no refund for any service such as pre/post accommodation, airline tickets, excursions, and extensions etc. that have been booked by you and/or your Travel Agent.
c) In case of a 'force majeure' situation due to which a departure has to be cancelled, we regret there would be no refund of the money paid to us or reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of our cancellation/ change.

On completion of the booking and payment formalities, a confirmation tour voucher will be generated.
You will have to pay all bank charges.
In case of cash payment of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan Card copy of the client is required.

SURCHARGES:
The prices shown are based on known costs and airfare at the time of tour launching the tour and Tripozo or its partner does not expect to have to make any changes. In case of unforeseen increase in national or local taxation or factors beyond control, Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.

FORCE MAJEURE :
In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event which Tripozo or its partner / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include disruptions/diversions of air services, floods, and earthquakes whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.

We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our agreement with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of, 'force majeure'.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU :
Tripozo or its partner will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description whatsoever which results from:
1. the act(s) and / or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party; or
2. the act(s) and / or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
3. any service or facility not arranged by us as part of our contract with you; or 'force majeure' as defined above.

We do not accept liability for:
1.Any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you
2. Any business losses.
3. Excursions or other tours or any other travel services taken and paid for by you which have not been provided by us whilst you are on our tour. In such instances, your contract will be with the operator / supplier of the excursion or tour or travel services and not with us.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL:
You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever. You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at the appointed date, place and time and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, co-travellers or others. In this event, you may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
