11. Management has right to alter itinerary according to unavoidable circumstances.
12. Management is not liable for any type of accident/ strike/ theft/ damage of luggage, etc. during tour period
13. Tour is subject to operation in case minimum booking of passengers.
14. Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
15. Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be providing.

1. Many accommodations will have basic facilities compared with other regions. Please note that this region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavor.
2. In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour. (Hill Stations)
3. Mobile services may not be active in all destinations. Pre-paid roaming and International roaming connection does not work in this region. We suggest carrying BSNL (GSM) connections.
4. Standard check in & check out time at hotels is 12 noon.
5. Covering all places for sightseeing as per the Tour itinerary is subject to time availability.
6. Opening of sightseeing places is subject to covid protocol/restrictions by health authorities/State Government.
7. If guests have health problems like blood pressure, asthma, & heart related issue etc. kindly advise them to consult their doctors
8.  Kindly carry appropriate medicines as they will not be available easily.
