COVID-19 GUIDELINES:

Generic preventive measures:

The generic measures include simple public health measures that are to be followed to reduce the risk of COVID-19. These measures need to be observed by all supporting staff and tourists during tour package services at all times.

1. Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.
2. Use of face covers/masks to be made mandatory.
3. Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible like train/transport/stay etc.
4. Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a Tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
5. Self-Monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to Tour manager and Tripozo or its partner helpline.
6. Installation & use of Aarogya Setu App, Shall be advised to all (Supporting staff& Tourists).

1. Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth with the hands.
2. Abide to the mandatory health advisories issued by the States/Local administration which  are being visited.
3. Avoid physical contact while greeting each other.
4. Avoid travel if symptomatic.
5. Stay away from elderly and people with morbidity. Persons above 65 years of age, persons with morbidities, pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years are advised to take extra precautions as per Govt. guidelines.
6. Heart & blood pressure patients, pregnant women, persons suffering from medical problems, senior citizens etc need to be cautious while traveling and should be accompanied by someone.

1. Avoid using other tourists' phone, Water bottle, Umbrella etc as much as possible.
2. All tourists are advised that spitting is strictly prohibited in train, tourist places, buses, hotels/Dharmashala etc.
3. Following of social distancing during boarding/de-boarding of train/ any other transport, Monuments & pilgrim places visit, lunches/dinners etc.

1. Avoid loitering and crowding in train corridors, gates, cabins, buses, hotels/Dharmashala etc.
2. Avoid visiting public places / congregations other than the planned purpose of visit and avoid public transport.
3. Encourage online purchase of entry tickets to National Parks/Wildlife sanctuaries, monuments etc.
4. Do not Touch statues/idols/holy books etc, inside the religious places.
5. No physical offerings like Prasad/distribution or sprinkling of holy water etc. inside the religious place.
6. Tourists should avoid handling cash as much as possible. Payments may be done through digital modes to the extent possible.

Important: -  

1. Covering all sightseeing places are subject to time availability, weather & road conditions. All sightseeing places are subject to opening of tourist destinations and time availability.
2. Package operation is subject to government guidelines at the destinations.
3. The itinerary of the package is indicative only and handling agency reserves the right to change itinerary during operation of the tour due to local circumstances.
4. Opening of Wild Life Sanctuaries/ National Parks are subject to the discretion of the Forest Dept.
5. Allotted time slots by any facility/tourist attraction/activity should be followed by all tourists for the convenience of service providers and other tourists.
6. Standard Check In & Check out time 12.00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the availability. Mostly hotels observe 1300 to 1500 check-in time and check-out time is normally 1000 to 1100 hrs.
7. Early check in / late check-out is subject to the discretion of the hotel.
8. Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
9. Devotees should understand that accommodation inside the ashram is basic in nature and luxury facilities should not be expected
10. Tour Vehicle will be allotted based on number of adults booked for the tour.
11. Category of the vehicle will be decided as per the group size.
12. Tripozo or its partner will not be responsible for any type of natural or social calamities.
13. Tripozo or its partner will not be responsible if the tourists do not abide by the safety guidelines and get penalized by concern authorities for violating the same.
14. Tariffs are subject to change as per availability.
15. Cancellation charges as per company policy.
