Package Includes:-

• Air tickets by Indigo Airlines in Economy Class (Coimbatore -Srinagar-Coimbatore).
• 04 Nights hotel accommodation at Srinagar with Breakfast & Dinner.
• 01 Night hotel accommodation at Pahalgam with Breakfast and Dinner
• Transfers & sightseeing as per the tour itinerary on SIC basis by vehicle.
• Services of Tour Coordinator at destination.
• Driver Allowance, Toll, parking and all applicable taxes for the above services.

Package Excludes:- 

• Pony Ride/Gondola Tickets/Sledging.
• Trips to Waiters/Drivers/Any Other Person.
• Zero Point Trip at Sonmarg in Summer Season.  (It’s done by Union Taxi at Sonmarg and is on direct payment basis.)
• At Pahalgam -Aaru Valley, Betaab Valley local vehicles should be arranged by the guests on direct payment basis
• At Gulmarg, Gandola tickets need to be purchased on direct payment basis.
• Monument/Entry fees for all sightseeing’s have to pay directly by the client. This is as per the GOI laws as most of the sightseeing has a mandatory entry fee which has to be paid on entrance only & it’s not possible to be booked in advance.
• Any other thing which is not mentioned in inclusions.
• Any meals except those listed in above inclusion.
• Any increase in Airfare
• Any increase in Airport taxes, fuel surcharge
• Any expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone charges ,porterage, laundry expenses, wine, mineral water, food and drinks other than mentioned in the regular menu
• Any deviation from the tour itinerary.
• Services of Tour guide
• All Kinds of tips to drivers, guides, representative etc.
• Any services not specified in the above list of inclusions.
• IRCTC will not be responsible for any kind of emergency such as landslide, strike, curfew, accidents and injuries, delayed or cancelled flights etc.

Terms & Conditions

• Above rates are subject to availability.
• Prepaid cellular connections do not work in Jammu & Kashmir region.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
• In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the Local Travel agent/ Handling Agency/Ground Operator. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject toavailability.
• It is mandatory to carry the original photo id age proof of all passengers including children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs).
• Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at thehotel.
• Buffet/ Fixed breakfast will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
• Timings: Kindly check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.
• Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client.
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.
• The package Price is subject to change without prior notice
• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention
• Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time
• You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
• All tourists shall carry final vaccination certificate.
• RTPCR to be carried out if the local government demands during the tour period.
• Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
• The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
• The decision of IRCTC/SZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
• IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage.
