Package Includes:-

• Air tickets by Indigo Airlines in Economy Class (Coimbatore-Nashik & Mumbai-Coimbatore).
• 06 Nights hotel accommodation (AC rooms) with Breakfast & Dinner.
• Transfers & sightseeing as per the tour itinerary on SIC basis by AC vehicle.
• Services of Tour coordinator at Destination
• Driver Allowance, Toll, parking and all applicable taxes for the above services.

Package Excludes:-

• All Entrance fees/tickets, still /video camera fees, boating charges /Auto charges etc.
• Any increase in Airfare.
• Any increase in Airport taxes, fuel surcharge
• Any expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone charges, porterage, laundry expenses, wine, mineral water, food and drinks other than mentioned in the regular menu
• Any deviation from the tour itinerary.
• Services of Tour guide
• All Kinds of tips to drivers, guides, representative etc.
• Any services not specified in the above list of inclusions.
• IRCTC will not be responsible for any kind of emergency such as landslide, strike, curfew, accidents and injuries, delayed or cancelled flights etc.

Note : - Wherever smaller vehicles like auto / cycle rickshaw are required at certain places where large vehicles are not allowed to enter due to the traffic regulations, the cost of the same need to be borne by the passenger.

Note:

• Passengers are required to strictly follow the tour program.
• No refund on failing to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever.
• Passengers are required to report to the representative of IRCTC at the appointed date, place and time.
•  Passengers who fail to report would be treated as a no-show. No refund is admissible under no circumstances for any unutilized services.
• Passengers shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to  co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, co-travellers or others. In such an event, they may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the tourist.
• Food and beverages served in the flight are chargeable by the airlines.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• No seats will be provided to Infants during travel.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02 yrs) as well along with other travel documents.
• Please carry valid photo identity cards during your travel and for hotel check in formalities.
• Room categories of hotels at all places are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Room allocation (Twin bed/ Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel
• In case of Triple occupancy, one double room with extra mattress will be provided.
• Tourist's cooperation is requested and appreciated in maintaining the check-out timings as per hotel policy.
• Early check in/late checkout is subject to the discretion of the hotel. For early check in and late check out, payment is to be settled directly to the hotel by the tourist.
• If extra bed required for child below 12yrs, extra adult charges are applicable.
• Final confirmation of rooms in the proposed hotel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Hotel has the right to claim any damages caused by the tourists during the stay at the hotel.
• Cost of additional services availed by the tourist, which are not part of the package, are to be settled directly to the hotel.
• Buffet meals will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Tourists are required to follow the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Tourists may check the buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.
• Tourists are advised to go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews before finalizing the tour.
• Package cost is calculated on lowest class airfare. Any increase in airfare or air port taxes has to be borne by the tourist.
• It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for unutilized services.
• Tourists are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the taxes or airfares to be borne by the customer.
• For any change in flight timings/diversions/cancellation by the airline, IRCTC will not be responsible. if such changes further affects the sightseeing/Itinerary, tourists need to accommodate it accordingly.
• Sightseeing of all the places is subject to time availability.
• IRCTC has rights to change the itinerary & timings according to the feasibility of the package.
• Tariffs are subject to change.
• IRCTC will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any natural or social calamities.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• Tourists should get full briefing about the tour package from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
