Final confirmation in proposed hotel(s) is subject to availability of rooms or else similar category hotel(s) will be provided.

IRCTC indemnifies itself from any responsibilities of any unfortunate event of death/ hospitalization of the tourists while Stay/Boat Cruising.

Standard Check In time 01.00 PM & Check out time 11.00 AM at hotels.
For extra adult and Child with bed boking Roll away bed /Mattress will be provided at Hotels. Additional wooden cot will not be provided.
Early check in / late check-out is subject to the discretion of the hotel.
Tour Vehicle will be allotted based on number of adults booked for the tour.
Rooms allotting in hotels will be of base category.
IRCTC will not be responsible for any type of natural or social calamities.
Opening of Wild Life Sanctuaries/ National Parks are subject to the discretion of the Forest Dept.
If, the stay of guest/tourist(s) is arranged in Hotel KTDC Aranya Nivas/KTDC Periyar House, the entry to Periyar Tiger Reserve may strictly be adhered by them as hotel is situated in the Periyar Tiger Reserve. The entry, to Tiger Reserve, is permitted till 1700 Hrs only. Being a Tiger Reserve, no movement is advisable after 1700 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tripozo or its partner is not liable for missing of one or more services as per the itinerary due to late arrival of guests. Tourists should strictly adhere to the timings failing which Tripozo or its partner will not be liable for missing of any service.
Tourists should take care of their personal belongings and luggage. Tripozo or its partner is not liable for losses or thefts.

Note :

In case of partial cancellation please note that occupancy conversion charges will be applicable.
In case of cancellation of Counter bookings, copy of pan card of the guest in whose name refund is claimed shall be required.

Facility of part payment for online booking of packages:

Part payment is allowed for online booking for package cost above Rs.50,000/- per transaction for all Packages.
Tripozo or its partner registered users and Guest users can avail the part payment facility for online booking at www.irctctourism.com.
Tripozo or its partner counters can also use this facility to accommodate the walk-in customers.
Agents are not authorized for online booking with part payment at www.irctctourism.com.
The minimum ARP (Advanced Reservation Period) for part payment facility would be for booking done before 35 days from departure date.
Part Payment is applicable on total booking amount, where the package cost is greater than Rs.50000/. It will be collected in 2 instalments inclusive of GST.
✓ For Domestic/International Air Packages: - 1st payment for 30% amount, Final/ Balance payment for 70%.
✓ For All Other Packages: - 1st payment for 25% amount, Final/Balance payment for 75%.
If the due/final payment is not done within 30 days prior to departure date, then the request for the final payment would not be accepted & booking would be treated as cancelled & relevant cancellation charges would be applicable.
Partial cancellation of passengers is not allowed in part payment transactions.
For any cancellation and part/final payment days are counted excluding the date of departure.
Tour confirmation number will only be generated after receipt of total package cost by Tripozo or its partner.
Only Full cancellation is allowed on the above transactions with applicable cancellation charges.
