• Tour Guide/Tour Escort Service.
• Any Rail Ticket/Air Ticket fare.
• Entrance fees to Monuments, Museums, and Wildlife Life Sanctuary/National Park /Bird Sanctuary etc. , Spice Garden and Services of Tour guide.
• Boating of any kind.

Final confirmation in proposed hotel(s) is subject to availability of rooms or else similar category hotel(s) will be provided.

Safety First: While Boat Cruising/ Stay at Houseboat, either arranged in the package by IRCTC/self(own) anywhere as specified in the itinerary, please do not venture out into the Lake/River/Canal without informing the crew available on the Boat/Houseboat. Please abstain from doing anything that rocks the boat. Please do not lean over the side which might distort the boat. Step-in & Step-out, only after the Boat/Houseboat is stopped, anchored & tugged properly. Take care of the children as the lake/river/canal is deeper than your imagination. Please do not swim in the lake/river/canal.

IRCTC indemnifies itself from any responsibilities of any unfortunate event of death/ hospitalization of the tourists while Stay/Boat Cruising.

• Standard Check In time 01.00 PM & Check out time 11.00 AM at hotels.
• For extra adult and Child with bed booking Roll away bed /Mattress will be provided at Hotels. Additional wooden cot will not be provided.
• Early check in / late check-out is subject to the discretion of the hotel.
• Tour Vehicle will be allotted based on number of adults booked for the tour.
• Rooms allotting in hotels will be of base category.
• IRCTC will not be responsible for any type of natural or social calamities.
• Opening of Wild Life Sanctuaries/ National Parks are subject to the discretion of the Forest Dept.
• If, the stay of guest/tourist(s) is arranged in Hotel KTDC Aranya Nivas/KTDC Periyar House, the entry to Periyar Tiger Reserve may strictly be adhered by them as hotel is situated in the Periyar Tiger Reserve. The entry, to Tiger Reserve, is permitted till 1700 Hrs only. Being a Tiger Reserve, no movement is advisable after 1700 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs.
