• Any Still / Video Camera fees, entrance fees for monuments and any activities suggested in the itinerary are chargeable direct.
• Any additional meals / en route meals, sightseeing and activities other than those mentioned in the itinerary
• Any service not specified in inclusions.

NOTE:

• IRCTC will not be held responsible for any mishap/accident/injury/death/ Natural disaster, rites, curfew, landslide, terrorism during the course of the tour.
• Force Majeure or Acts of God: -During any Package period, unforeseen events can take place, these events may include but may not be limited to the following terrorism, civil unrest, rioting, war, natural disaster, typhoons, floods, landslide, political crisis, curfew. These acts among others are referred in travel industry as FORCE MAJEURE, a French term meaning “Unforeseeable Circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract. “No Cancellation or any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather, land-slide, any other natural disaster, political/national crisis, curfew, terrorism due to which the customer could not reach the destination/ airport/ railway station/ bus stand, which is beyond the control of the Agent/Hotel. It will be entirely at the risk and cost of the customer. All customers have to manage their stay, transport, Air, train & Bus fares and any further expenses at their own cost.
• In case of booking cancellation, only our cancellation policy will be applicable.
• Price excludes personal expenses like laundry, telephone, tips, Mineral Water bottles, room services, ponies, palkies charges, monuments charges, personal expenses etc.
• Meals in the Package can only be availed in the provided hotels,
• Meals while traveling is not included in the package and shall be paid by the customer.
• Entrance fees, if any, at any point shall be paid by customers.
• Rates are subject to change (without a prior notice) in case of a major fuel hike or hike in Government. taxes etc.
• Due to bad weather or technical reason if the schedule flight is cancelled / delay, Sonmarg / Srinagar hotel/houseboat will consider No-Show for that day without any refund {In case client is not able to reach at their pre-booked hotel/ destination}. Next day’s accommodation has to be taken care by the guest directly. Transportation would be charged Rs. 2000 - 3000* extra per day by driver {*in 02 Nights Package only}.
• In case of cancellation of the scheduled flight due to bad weather/Force Majeure/technical reasons, advance booked passengers could get the priority next day or aviation service can cancel the tickets and put the cancellation refund stamp on your tickets {the entire decision will be as per the aviation management, current situations and previous rush – No travel agent can interfere their decision}.
• IRCTC shall not be responsible for no-show of passenger(s) at next destination due to cancellation of helicopter services due to backload, delay boarding, technical reasons & also shall not be responsible if passenger(s) gets stuck at Holy Cave, Panchtarani etc. and do not turn up at the next destination.
• Yatris travelling by helicopters to Panchtarni shall not be required to secure Yatra Permits but such Yatris will be required to produce Compulsory Health Certificates, duly issued by Authorized Doctors/ Institutes at the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrath/ Pahalgam. No Yatri shall be allowed to board the helicopter without first submitting the CHC {Compulsory Medical Certificate}.
• Children below 13 year in age, elderly persons above the age of 75 years and Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not be permitted to undertake the pilgrimage.
• Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD. Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as “NO SHOW” passengers {without any refund} and the Operator reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers. For Panchtarni to Neelgrath sector, passengers will be boarded on a First Come First Serve Basis subject to availability of seats.
• In case of bad weather or any technical reason if the flight is cancelled at Amarnath Or Vaishnodevi Sector then actual tickets cost of helicopter tickets will be refunded from helicopter services. Transaction charges & taxes will not be refunded.
• Compulsory Photo identity proof has to be produced on Check-in (Passport, Voter Id, Pan Card, driving licensee, Aadhar Card, and any other govt. approved ID etc.)
• No replacement in accommodation is allowed during the stay. If guest(s)/passenger(s) get(s) stuck at Sonamarg / Panchtarani and want(s) their stay at Sonmarg only instead of Srinagar for the same day, they have made own arrangements at own cost only. Srinagar stay will consider No-Show without any refund. On the spot changes / amendments are not possible during the trip.
• Amarnath Yatra package cannot be rescheduled for any other destination.
• No cancelation / refund request will be acceptable if the Shivling goes melted early.
• Disputes, if any shall be subject to Jurisdiction of Coimbatore only.

Things to Carry:

• The Amarnath yatra shall involve trekking across high mountains, facing strong cold winds. Hence you are requested to carry the below;
• Adequate woolen clothing
• A small umbrella (preferably one which is tied with an elastic band around your head and supported by a strap around the chin)
• Windcheater
• Raincoat
• Waterproof trekking shoes
• Torch
• Walking stick
• Cap (preferably a monkey cap)
• Gloves
• Jacket
• Woollen socks
• Trousers (preferably a waterproof pair). These items are essential as the climate is highly unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to rain and snow. The temperature can sometimes abruptly fall to 5 degrees Celcius or lower.
• Only Postpaid connection will be working at Neelgrath onward. Please carry the postpaid mobile connections in Jammu & Kashmir sector.

• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
• In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
• Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by Non A/C vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the Local Travel agent/ Handling Agency/Ground Operator. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry the original photo id age proof of all passengers including children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs).
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name/ IRCTC name.
• Buffet/ Fixed breakfast will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. 
• Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
• Dinner: 19.00 - 21.00 hrs
• The above are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.
• IRCTC request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
• Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or air port taxes has to be borne by the client.
• Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline.
• In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.
• The package Price is subject to change without prior notice
• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention
• Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time.
