     PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS

• Flight/Train fare for Ahmedabad – Mumbai – Ahmedabad Additional.
• TCS charges.
• Tipping charges.
• Any increase in Airfare.
• Any increase in Airport Taxes, Fuel Surcharge, Visa fee.
• Any Additional Sightseeing’s.
• Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
• Any room service / Minibar shall be chargeable.
• All kind of tips to drivers, guides, representative, Fuel Surcharge, etc.
• Any increase in rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us.
• Anything not included in the inclusions.
• All arrangements made by IRCTC are in the capacity of an agent, we will not be responsible for any kind of emergency such as landslide, strike, curfew, accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, etc.

     Documents required at the time of booking:

• Valid Passport for 6 months from the date of entry.
• Photo copy of the PAN card at the time of Booking.
• Phot copy of Passport at the time of Booking.

     VISA

• Single Entry Tourist VISA for Australia.
• The VISA cost is included in your tour price. This cost includes documentation, processing and consulate fees.

     MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

• Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel (Include Old Passports).
• Visa forms duly filled & signed by each passenger.
• 5 photographs 35x45 mm with glossy finish and white back ground.
• 2 covering letters on business letter head with company seal /personal letter-head of the principal applicant 

     IF SALARIED;

• Copies Income Tax Returns for last 3 years (SARAL FORM or FORM 16).
• Original bank statements for the last 6 months with adequate balance well over your tour cost (Required 02 Set with bank seal and signature in all pages).
• Copies of investments like Fixed Deposits, NSC, PPF (postal provident fund) MIS (Monthly Income Scheme), Govt. Bonds etc.
• Salary slip or certificate for the last 6 months.
• Original Leave authorization from employer (NOC for Govt. Employees).
• Copy of your appointment letter from employer.

     IF SELF EMPLOYED;

• Copies of Income Tax Returns for last 3 years (SARAL FORM, personal as well as from your company).
• Original bank passbook or statements for the last 6 months with adequate balance well over your tour cost, personal as well as from your company (Required 02 Set with bank seal and signature in all pages).
• Copies of investments like Fixed Deposits, NSC, PPF (postal provident fund) MIS (Monthly Income Scheme), Govt. Bonds etc.
• Copies of the sale deeds of immovable properties.
• Company Registration Certificate + Partnership deed OR Memorandum of Association.
• NOC letter from Partner / Director + PAN card copy

     IF RETIRED

• Copies Income Tax Returns for last 3 years (SARAL FORM).
• Original bank passbook or statements for the last 6 months with adequate balance well over your tour cost (Required 02 Set with bank seal and signature in all pages)
• Copies of Investments Fixed Deposits, NSC, PPF (postal provident fund) MIS (Monthly Income Scheme), Govt. Bonds etc.
• Pension Order, Retirement Order from your last employer.

     If Student

• School / College Bona Fide Certificate

     OTHER SPECIAL CATEGORIES
     Passenger below 20 years not accompanied by parents:
     NOC from parents on Rs. 500 stamp paper or on the Business letter head of the parent
     (please check with our staff for the format).      

 

     IMPORTANT NOTE: -

•  In addition to the above, in case, the booked ticket is cancelled on Customer's account due to VISA rejection or any other reason, etc., actual VISA Fees, Visa service charge, airline cancellation charges, Insurance or any other charges applicable would be retained as Cancellation charges.
• Hotel Check in time varies between 02.00pm - 04.00pm.
• Check out time 10.00am - 12.00 Noon.
• Special requests like early Check in, late Check Out, Smoking room, Non-smoking room etc. will be subject to availability and hotel policy.
• Rooms confirmed are normally Standard Category unless specified. Hotel ratings differ from county to country and facilities may not be the same in all countries.
• Package is non-refundable after confirmation.
• Hotels may change as per availability.
• General Breakfast timings in hotels in Thailand are 06.00 - 10.00 am.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
• Kindly ensure that your passport is valid for minimum 6 months beyond the stay, ECNR/POE formalities completed, etc.
• 100% payment at the time of booking will be required.
• On completion of the booking and payment formalities, a confirmation tour voucher will be generated.
• You will have to pay all bank charges.
• IRCTC reserves the right to decline your booking/s for any Tour or to cancel your booking without assigning any reason.
