Saturday, Day 1: Board Train no.19578. Boarding Stations are Rajkot, Surendranagar, Ahmedabad Jn, Vadodara Jn, Ankleshwar Jn, Surat, Vapi.

Sunday, Day 2: Train Journey

Monday, Day – 3: Arrival at Ernakulam Jn at and drive to Munnar (125km 04hrs). On the way enjoy some waterfalls and natural scenic spots. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel. Overnight is to be spent at hotel in Munnar.

Tuesday, Day – 4: After breakfast, spend the day for local sightseeing. Local sightseeing of Munnar includes visit to Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam and Echo point. Overnight is to be spent at hotel in Munnar.

"Munnar Tea Museum is closed on Wednesdays during July 2024 & August 2024 and from September 2024 onwards closure is on Mondays"

Wednesday, Day – 5: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Thekkady. On arrival check in to the hotel, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady - one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Overnight is to be spent at hotel in Thekkady.

Thursday, Day – 6: Check out from the hotel and transfer to Kumarakom/Alleppey. Check-In at houseboat. Lunch on board. Cruise along the backwaters. Dinner & Overnight stay in Houseboat in Kumarakom/Alleppey.

[Cruise timing: -12:00 Hrs to 13.30Hrs. Then 30 minutes break for lunch, again cruising from 15.00 hrs till 17:30 Hrs. Thereafter boat will be tugged at a designated area on the bank of lake. Cruising after 17:30 Hrs is not permitted as per the law. Next day morning cruising from 08:00 Hrs 09: 00 Hrs afterwards check-out from the houseboat and drop at Kumarakom/Alleppey Boat Jetty after the breakfast].

Friday, Day – 7: Post breakfast, check out from the houseboat. Drive to Ernakulam. En-route visit Hill Palace Museum (Closed on Monday). After lunch, visit Jewish Synagogue (Closed on Friday afternoon session & Saturdays), Dutch Palace (Closed on Fridays), St Francis Church & Chinese fishing nets. Later drop by evening to Ernakulam Railway Station to board the train no. 16338.

Saturday, Day – 8: Train Journey

Sunday, Day – 9: Tour Ends.

3. All sightseeing places are subject to time availability and schedule running of trains. IRCTC cannot be held responsible for the train delay and cancellation.

7. In hotels for an extra Adult/ Child, Rollaway bed/mattress/sofa cum bed shall be provided as per hotel policy.

Package Inclusions:

1.      Return Train fare: For Comfort - 3 AC – Comfort and SL Non AC – Standard.
2.      Railway Station transfers.
3.      Off-board Meals ( Breakfast & Dinner)
4.      Transfers from/to Ernakulam Railway Station and local sightseeing at Munnar, Thekkady, Kumarakom/Alleppey by AC Vehicle on sharing basis based on group size. AC shall not work in hilly/mountain areas.
5.      Accommodation: Hotel stay in Standard Hotel.
6.      All sightseeing and excursion as per the itinerary.
7.      Travel Insurance.
8.      All applicable taxes.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

Senior citizen passenger must get their medical checkup before booking the tour.
Passengers above age of 65 are required to accompany by an escort/family member of younger age.
Hotel Check in time is 1200 noon.
Being a group tour, personalized service is not viable; hence please converge with the group.
Above rates are subject to availability.
Cancellation charges as per company policy.
Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
Please reach the station 1 hours before the departure of the train. Tripozo or its partner will not responsible for missing of train by the guest.
In onboard food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
Kindly reconfirm the departure station and the train schedule from the before leaving for the station.
Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) as well along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended

Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.

Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs

Tripozo or its partner is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc. Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by Tripozo or its partner at any point of time.
Please keep patient and calm while journey and avoid any unlawful arguments. Speak politely to other tourists, staffs & officers on duty.
There may be changes in the sightseeing if any odd situation arises & the same has to be adhered to. In case of any problem arising due to some natural calamity or abnormal situation, alternate arrangements will be made for which extra cost is to be borne by the tourists.
Valid Photo ID proof needed at the time of booking of Train Tickets.
Always carry your valid ID proof in original while travelling.
The passengers will have to bear all medical expenses incurred on them, if need arises.
Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by Tripozo or its partner at any point of time.
In case of cash payment of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan Card copy of the client is required.
Double or twin is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel.

During Train Journey

Do not pull the chain while traveling on train as it is a punishable offence when done without a valid reason.
Do not waste any water unnecessarily in the train.
Do not cross railway tracks. Use foot over bridges.

Attire

Please ensure that your attire does not offend the locals/visitors at the places you visit. At holy shrines, you may be required to remove your shoes.

Decorum

Please maintain decency of language as a courtesy towards your fellow passengers in the train and other visitors at the shrines/places your visit.
Do not be rude while interacting with locals and do not indulge in any arguments. In case of any doubts on any matter, please communicate with the Tripozo or its partner Office.
Please be in groups and follow timings at the places you visit as per instructions of the Tripozo or its partner Office.
Photography may be restricted at certain places. Do not offend the local regulations.
Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to remove any passenger that it feels is creating discord on the tour.

Sight seeing

The itinerary provided to you may change due to unavoidable circumstances. Please follow the instructions of Tripozo or its partner Office.
Tripozo or its partner shall not be responsible for any mishaps caused due to negligence, non-compliance of instructions etc.

Safety and Security

Please take complete care of your belongings during the tour.
Do carry a Photo Identity Card such as Voter's ID, Passport, PAN Card etc. for Security reasons.
