2. Meals -                     a) American Plan (06 Breakfasts, 06 Lunches and 06 Dinners).

4. Entrance fees - All monument Entrance Fees of Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame, Alchi, Thiksey, Diksit & Shey Palace should be included for the group tourists as per the itinerary.
5. One midsized Oxygen Cylinder during the whole itinerary of 6 Nights/ 7 Days in each Vehicle.
6. Inner Line Permits, Wild life fee for Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake, Environmental Fee and Red Cross Fee, Traditional Welcome at Leh.

Package Excludes:  

• Porterage, tips.
• Expenses Camera (still / movie) charges at the monuments of personal nature (Telephone charges, Laundry, additional meals etc).
• Boating charges, Rope Way charges, Camel ride etc.
• Guide charges.
• Meals other then specified in inclusions.
• Tea/Coffee
• Other things mentioned above.

• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
• In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC/ Tempo Traveler (seat in coach) / shared basis by Non-A/C vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the Local Travel agent/ Handling Agency/Ground Operator. However, this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry the original photo id age proof of all passengers including children (02 to 11 years) and infant (below 02yrs).
• Child above than 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time
• You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
• All tourists shall carry final vaccination certificate.
• RTPCR to be carried out if the local government demands during the tour period.
• Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
• The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
• The decision of IRCTC/WZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
• IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage.
