Package Inclusions:

•  Accommodation on twin-sharing basis except Kedarnath, the dormitory beds on quad sharing (5 Rooms) will be provided at Kedarnath.

• All transfers & sightseeing by AC Tempo Traveler (25-Seater) as per itinerary. (AC will not operate in hilly areas as per government norms)
• Pick-up & Drop at Dehradun Airport.
• 01 Experienced Tour Guide (for complete tour).
• 01 Mineral Water Bottle per person per day.
• All toll taxes, parking charges & driver allowance.
• All applicable hotel taxes.

Important Notes

•  Char Dham Yatra is subject to Government permissions and weather conditions.
•  Temple opening & closing dates are decided by temple authorities.
•  Kedarnath stay is basic due to high altitude conditions.
•  Helicopter tickets are subject to availability and government approval.
•  Yatra registration (if mandatory) to be carried by each guest.
•   Hotels in remote locations are basic but clean and comfortable.
•  Check-in: 14:00 hrs. | Check-out: 11:00 hrs. (subject to hotel policy).
•  AC will not operate in hilly terrain as per local transport guidelines.
•  Rates are subject to change during peak season / long weekends / festival dates.
•  In case of natural calamities, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances, itinerary may be modified in the best interest of guests.

• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
• In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC/ Tempo Traveler (seat in coach) / shared basis by Non-A/C vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the Local Travel agent/ Handling Agency/Ground Operator. However, this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry the original photo id age proof of all passengers including children (02 to 11 years) and infant (below 02yrs).
• Child above than 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
   
• Buffet/ Fixed breakfast will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
• Timings: Kindly check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.
• Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client.
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.

• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention
• Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time
• You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
• All tourists shall carry final vaccination certificate.
• RTPCR to be carried out if the local government demands during the tour period.
• Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
• The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
• The decision of IRCTC/WZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
• IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage.
