Package Exclusions:

• Cultural Show at Nubra Valley
• Camel Ride/ Quad Bike Rides at Nubra Valley; Water Sports  - River Rafting activities at Zanskar River;  Traditional Dress Charges (if any); Photography/ Videography Charges.
• Any Still / Video Camera fees, entrance fees for monuments and any activities suggested in the itinerary are chargeable direct.
• Hotel/ Tent Accommodation are booked in Basic Category. In case of triple sharing, Extra Adult or Child with bed will be accommodated in same room with extra Mattress on floor. The size/ Category of room is same for Double and triple sharing/ Twin + Extra Adult/ Twin + Child with Bed/ Child Without Bed.
• Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
• Any room service / Mini bar shall be chargeable.
• All kind of tips to drivers, guides, representative, Fuel Surcharge, etc.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us.
• Anything not included in the inclusions.
• All arrangements made by IRCTC are in the capacity of an agent, we will not be responsible for any kind of emergency such as landslide, strike, curfew, accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, etc.

Important Instructions:-

• Electricity supply in Pangong and Nubra Valley is limited and time-bound, as it is primarily supported by generators or solar power. Electricity is generally available between 07:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 07:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Guests are advised to plan the charging of their electronic devices accordingly and are recommended to carry power banks, as the voltage supply is often low.
• All tents are swiss tented room are of Standard Category with attached bathroom.
• Hot water is available only in limited quantity during the morning hours for freshening up. The supply is generally provided through solar heating systems or bucket-filled hot water, considering the remote location and limited resources in the region.
• Electric kettles and in-room tea/coffee sachets are not available in hotels at Leh, Nubra, and Pangong due to infrastructure limitations in these remote locations.
• Only post-paid mobile connections of Airtel, Jio, and BSNL are operational in the region, and connectivity is generally weak. In most parts of the journey, mobile network coverage may be limited or unavailable. No mobile network is available at Pangong.
• Wifi is only available in Leh (No wifi and Telephone network in Nubra & Pangong.
• Due to the remote location of Nubra and Pangong, room amenities are very basic. Facilities such as an electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, laundry service, Wi-Fi, wardrobe (almirah), in-room safe, hair dryer, and fine coffee/tea options are not available.
• No ATM, Bank etc available in Pangong Lake Region.
• Please note that camp stays at Nubra and Pangong offer a unique and scenic experience amidst beautiful natural surroundings. However, due to the very remote location and limited accessibility, facilities such as electricity, water supply, and variety of food are limited. Guests are requested to be considerate of these constraints and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the destination.
• Guests are advised to carry necessary personal medicines, especially those who may experience discomfort in high-altitude or mountainous regions. Headache, nausea, or vomiting can be common during long journeys around Leh due to low oxygen levels. It is therefore recommended to be adequately prepared.
• Guests are not permitted to carry portable oxygen cylinders on flights. However, oxygen cylinders can be hired in Leh on a non-refundable basis, if required.
• Guests are requested to restrict their halt and activities at Khardungla Pass to a maximum of 10 minutes, as the oxygen level at this high altitude is extremely low. Guests are further advised to move slowly and avoid any physical exertion during the halt.

Terms & Conditions

• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
• In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC/ Tempo Traveler (seat in coach) / shared basis by Non-A/C vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the Local Travel agent/ Handling Agency/Ground Operator. However, this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry the original photo id age proof of all passengers including children (02 to 11 years) and infant (below 02yrs).
• Child above than 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
• In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• Buffet/ Fixed breakfast will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
• Timings: Kindly check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.
• Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client.
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.

• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention
• Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time
• You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
• All tourists shall carry final vaccination certificate.
• RTPCR to be carried out if the local government demands during the tour period.
• Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
• The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
• The decision of IRCTC/WZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
• IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage.
