Rann Utsav is an annual cultural festival organized by the Government of Gujarat to celebrate the unique heritage, crafts, music, dance, and natural beauty of the Kutch region. Held in the white salt desert of the Great Rann of Kutch, the festival transforms the barren landscape into a vibrant and immersive cultural hub for nearly four months. In 2023, Dhordo village was recognized by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) as one of the "Best Tourism Villages" for its sustainable and inclusive tourism practices.
Bhuj, located in the western Indian state of Gujarat, is a historic city renowned for its architectural heritage and vibrant culture. Despite suffering significant damage during the 2001 earthquake, many of its iconic landmarks have been restored, offering visitors a glimpse into its regal past. Near the serene Hamirsar Lake, the Aina Mahal, an 18th-century palace, stands out for its opulent interiors adorned with chandeliers, intricate mirror work, and semi-precious stones. Close by, the Prag Mahal, built in Italian Gothic style, features a striking bell tower with panoramic views of the city and a spacious courtyard that houses a traditional Hindu temple.
Smritivan is a uniquely designed memorial park and museum dedicated to the victims of the devastating 2001 Gujarat earthquake. The site serves as a tribute to resilience, recovery, and ecological revival.

2	Kutch – Dholavira – Bhuj	Rise early to gaze the sunrise at White Rann of Kutch —a serene and magical moment as the first light illuminates the endless white salt plains. After Breakfast, Check-out from White Rann Resort and proceed to Dholavira; Embark on the breathtaking ‘Road to Heaven’, a scenic 30-kilometer stretch that connects Khavda to Dholavira—a route known for its surreal landscapes and quiet grandeur. Arrive at Dholavira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the remarkable remains of one of the most prominent cities of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization. Later proceed visit the Kalo Dungar to witness the Sunset. Proceed to Bhuj, Check-in at the Hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at Bhuj. (Breakfast & Dinner)
3	Bhuj	After breakfast; proceed for local sightseeing of Bhuj including Smritivan Earthquake Memorial and Museum; Aina Mahal & Parag Mahal. Later unwind yourself on the tranquil shores of Mandvi Beach. Dinner and Overnight stay at Bhuj. (Breakfast & Dinner)

Webcheck-in: Please note as per revised guidelines of the Airline, hereafter all passenger who are travelling has to do the web check-in by their own 48 hrs prior to departure and do the payment for selection of seats by their own, or alternatively they can do the counter check-in at the airport on payment basis at the counter directly.
Any room service / Mini bar shall be chargeable.
All kind of tips to drivers, guides, representative, Fuel Surcharge, etc.

Flight

Guests are advised to do the Webcheck-in/ Pre- Book Seat within 48 hours of Departure through respective airline Website.
Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest. In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis. In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.

Accommodation

Accommodation offered by IRCTC Ltd is the best amongst the available options at the destination.
Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided. (Dormitory accommodation will be provided in Dharamshala at Kedarnath).
Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked.
Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.

Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue during the course of operations. These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings with IRCTC Tour Manager / Tour Coordinator. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals. It is to be categorically mentioned that , menu at times may get repeated during Dinner in the course of Tour Duration. However every possible effort is being initiated to ensure that no food repetition is faced by the tourists availing these Yatra Packages.
Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
Timings: Kindly check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.

Transfers

Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat-in-coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
Arrival/departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per the schedule fixed by the Local Travel agent/ Handling Agency/Ground Operator. However, this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.

Documents

Guests should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. I. Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
It is mandatory to carry the original photo id age proof of all passengers including children (02 to 11 years) and infant (below 02yrs). Child above than 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline. IRCTC or the Local Tour Operators reserve the right to amend the same during the course of operations.
Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client. The package Price is subject to change without prior notice
There will be no refund for un-utilized services.
Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention
Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time
Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
The decision of IRCTC/WZ will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage.

SURCHARGES:
The prices shown are based on known costs and airfare at the time of tour launching the tour and Tripozo or its partner does not expect to have to make any changes. In case of unforeseen increase in national or local taxation or factors beyond control, Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.

FORCE MAJEURE:
In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event which Tripozo or its partner / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include disruptions/diversions of air services, floods, and earthquakes whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.

We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our agreement with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of, 'force majeure'.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU:
Tripozo or its partner will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description whatsoever which results from:
1.the act(s) and / or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party; or
2.the act(s) and / or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
3.any service or facility not arranged by us as part of our contract with you; or 'force majeure' as defined above.
4. Darshan at the temples are subject to local conditions and crowd management at the respective sites. Tripozo or its partner shall not be responsible for incomplete or missed Darshan due to heavy crowding or unforeseen local circumstances.

We do not accept liability for:
1. Any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you

2.Any business losses.

3. Excursions or other tours or any other travel services taken and paid for by you which have not been provided by us whilst you are on our tour. In such instances, your contract will be with the operator / supplier of the excursion or tour or travel services and not with us.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL:
You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever. You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at the appointed date, place and time and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travelers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, co-travelers or others. In this event, you may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
