Cancellation in Case of Visa Rejection

In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges shall be applicable on a case-to-case basis after deducting the following, wherever applicable:

• Airline cancellation charges
• Visa fees and visa service charges (Non-refundable)
• Travel insurance charges
• Hotel cancellation charges
• Backend service cancellation charges
• Tripozo or its partner administrative charges
• Any other direct expenses incurred for the booking.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Passengers are advised to report at the airport at least 03 hours before departure.
2. Airline schedules, terminals and timings are subject to change. Passengers should reconfirm the flight schedule before leaving for the airport.
3. Hotel check-in/check-out shall be as per hotel policy. Early check-in, late check-out and special room requests are subject to availability.
4. Standard category rooms will be provided unless otherwise specified.
5. Hotel accommodation may change due to operational requirements or non-availability.
6. Breakfast timings shall be as per hotel policy.
7. The package cost is based on the prevailing airfare, airport taxes and exchange rate at the time of costing. Any subsequent increase in airfare, airport taxes, fuel surcharge or applicable taxes shall be payable by the passenger.
8. The package price is subject to revision without prior notice due to increase in hotel tariffs, government taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, peak season surcharges or any other operational cost.
9. No refund shall be admissible for any unutilized services.
10. The package is non-transferable and non-refundable after confirmation, except as per the cancellation policy.
11. Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to cancel or amend the tour itinerary due to operational reasons, insufficient bookings or force majeure circumstances.
12. In case of cancellation by Tripozo or its partner, passengers shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the package only. Expenses towards pre/post accommodation, air tickets, visa, insurance or other services booked independently shall not be reimbursed.
13. Passengers must carry a passport valid for at least six months from the date of return along with all required travel documents and statutory clearances.
14. Grant or refusal of visa is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy/Immigration Authorities. Tripozo or its partner shall not be responsible for visa rejection or delay.
15. In case the passenger is unable to travel due to non-availability of passport, visa or other statutory documents, cancellation charges shall apply as per policy.
16. Passengers shall bear all personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, room service, minibar, beverages, medical expenses, telephone charges, shopping and any services not specifically included in the package.
17. Passengers shall strictly adhere to the tour programme and timings announced by the Tour Manager. Any cost arising due to failure to join the group or delays caused by the passenger shall be borne by the passenger.
18. Tripozo or its partner shall not be liable for loss, theft, accident, injury, illness, death, delay, flight cancellation/diversion, baggage loss, force majeure events or any act beyond its control.
19. Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to revise the itinerary or substitute hotels/sightseeing due to operational requirements, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
20. Any damage caused by passengers to hotel property, vehicle or any service provider's property shall be recovered directly from the passenger.
21. Three members of one family may be accommodated in one room with one extra bed, subject to hotel policy. Child accommodation shall be with parents only.
22. Name change after confirmation shall be treated as a fresh booking and shall attract applicable cancellation charges.
23. All applicable bank charges shall be borne by the passenger.
24. Any other terms and conditions as notified by Tripozo or its partner from time to time shall be applicable.
     

SURCHARGES :

• The prices shown are based on known costs and exchange rates at the time of tour launching and Tripozo or its partner does not expect to have to make any changes. In case of unforeseen increase in national or local taxation or adverse fluctuation in currency exchange rates, affecting the cost structures of your journey, Tripozo or its partner reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.

FORCE MAJEURE :

• In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event which we / the supplier of the service(s) in question / the Third Party Supplier could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include disruptions/diversions of air services, floods, earthquakes whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.
• We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our agreement with you is prevented or affected by, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of, 'force majeure'.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU:

• Tripozo or its partner will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description whatsoever which results from:
• the act(s) and / or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party; or
• the act(s) and / or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
• any service or facility not arranged by us as part of our contract with you; or 'force majeure' as defined above.

We do not accept liability for :

• Any damage, loss, expense or other sum(s) of any description which, based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you;
• Any business losses;
• Excursions or other tours or any other travel services taken and paid for by you which have not been provided by us whilst you are on our tour. In such instances, your contract will be with the operator / supplier of the excursion or tour or travel services and not with us.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL :

• You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever. You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at the appointed date, place and time and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, co-travellers or others. In this event, you may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.

Travel Documents and Clearances:

• It shall solely be the responsibility to hold valid travel documents and statutory clearances, to enable you to travel on the Tour such as passports and medical insurance certificates and other statutory certificates including immigration clearance. In any case, your Passport must be valid for at least six months subsequent to the scheduled departure date (Return) of the tour.
• As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, Tripozo or its partner shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from. The position in respect of cancellation of Tour by Client due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of the Client having applied for such documents through the Operator. Even if visas are rejected, the stipulated fees of the Operator shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund to the Client, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit paid by the clients shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same.

Extra Bed:

• Three person of one family on one booking will be accommodated in one double room with an extra bed.
• Child will be accommodated in one room with the parents only
