Tripozo Wallet Terms and Confitions
This document serves as an electronic record in compliance with the Information Technology Act of 2000 and is published in accordance with Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policies, and Terms of Use for accessing or utilizing the platform -  including the smartphone apps on platforms such as iOS, Android (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). Your utilization of the Platform and its associated services and tools is subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions), along with any relevant policies, including the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use available on the Platform. By simply using the Platform, you enter into an agreement with Tripozo Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Tripozo"), the owner of the Platform. These terms and conditions, along with the policies, constitute your binding commitments with Tripozo.
For the purpose of these terms, whenever the context requires, "You" or "User" shall refer to any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a customer on the Platform by signing up as a Registered User. The terms "Tripozo," "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to Tripozo and its affiliated entities.
Terms and Conditions
You while opting for Tripozo Wallet and/or by clicking "I Accept," you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions,
  • You may access Tripozo Wallet services after successfully signing up and creating an account on the Platform (as a User with a Registered Tripozo Account).
  • You can use Tripozo Wallet exclusively for bookings on the Platform.
  • Tripozo Wallet comprises two main types of credits: 1) Promotional Balance and 2) Credit Balance. Promotional Balance is credited through Tripozo's promotional and reward programs, while Credit Balance includes credits obtained from "Add balance" and the refunds of bookings.
  • You can access your Tripozo Wallet using the same login ID and password or mobile number and OTP as your Tripozo Account. Tripozo is not responsible for any misuse, hacking, or unauthorized use of your account, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your account details, mobile number and OTP, including your login ID and password.
  • By using Tripozo Wallet, you authorize Tripozo to hold, receive, and disburse funds in your Tripozo Wallet in accordance with any payment instructions received from you.
  • The Tripozo Wallet balance does not accrue any interest.
  • The value in Tripozo Wallet will be calculated in Indian Rupees, and redemption can only be made in the currency in which the booking was originally made (Indian Rupees).
  • Transferring funds from your Tripozo Wallet to another user's Tripozo Wallet or to any bank/credit card account is not permitted.
  • For bookings made using a debit or credit card issued outside India, refunds cannot be transferred to Tripozo Wallet.
  • The Credit Balance is subject to relevant RBI and statutory guidelines. Tripozo reserves the right to request relevant ID proof and other documents as required by law from time to time. Failure to provide such documents may result in the suspension and/or termination of your Tripozo Wallet. You acknowledge that you have no claims against us for the forfeited balance in your Tripozo Wallet for such reasons.
  • Tripozo retains the sole discretion to reward Promotional Credits/Balance or points, monitor, and temporarily suspend Tripozo Wallet accounts in case of chargebacks or similar issues.
Usage and Redemption
  • You can use the Tripozo Wallet balance only for Tripozo bookings, and to use it, you must log in to your Tripozo Account.
  • If your Tripozo Wallet has insufficient balance, you must add remaining balance through Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking or other available payment methods on the Platform to complete your bookings.
  • The Promotional Balance will expire based on the applicable promotional / coupon terms under which it was issued and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • The Credit Balance will expire if you remain inactive on the platform for more than 1 year unless suspended or terminated by Tripozo. However, you may request revalidation of expired Credit Balance. Revalidation will be at Tripozo's discretion, subject to verification and additional terms and conditions.
  • You agree that any remaining balance in your Tripozo Wallet will be forfeited upon the expiry or in the event of suspension/termination of your Tripozo Account/Wallet for any reason, including being blacklisted on the Platform.
  • You expressly acknowledge that you have no claims against us for any forfeited balance in your Tripozo Wallet.
Cancellation of Bookings
  • In case of any cancellations of bookings which were done fully through redemption of balance of Tripozo Wallet, the refund of such canceled bookings shall be credited back to Tripozo Wallet.
  • In case of any cancellations of bookings which were done partially through redemption of balance of Tripozo Wallet and remaining through other modes of payment, the User can opt for full refund to Tripozo Wallet as Credit Balance.
  • Please note that redemption of Promotional balance or Rewards shall not be refunded back in any circumstance.
Tripozo reserves the right to change or revise the above terms and conditions at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to stay updated on the revised terms and conditions and Terms of Use when accessing or using Tripozo Wallet.
Any disputes concerning Tripozo Wallet shall be subject to jurisdiction in Kanpur and you by opting for Tripozo Wallet agree and submit to such jurisdiction.
